Over 48 Hours or Shipped: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed the order, or if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this scenario, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to you. Once received, you may contact us to initiate a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once the cancellation is approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange for the refund immediately.
Refund Instructions
Once your cancellation is approved or a return is confirmed, the refund process will begin:

Method: The refund will be returned directly to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account you used for the original payment.

Order Modifications
If you wish to correct the shipping address or other contact details rather than cancelling the order completely, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to update the information before the order is dispatched. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot modify the destination.
