Order Cancellation

 

At Livocarea (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"), we are committed to providing an excellent online shopping experience for outdoor furniture sets, patio lounge chairs, patio chairs, and patio sofas. Please read our order cancellation terms below carefully.

Order Cancellation Conditions
We understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders placed within the last 48 hours that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled directly without any penalty.

  • Over 48 Hours or Shipped: If more than 48 hours have passed since you placed the order, or if the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. In this scenario, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items to you. Once received, you may contact us to initiate a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at info@livocarea.com or by phone at +1 (646) 533-6583. When contacting us, please provide your Order Number and proof of payment to help us locate your record quickly.

  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately upon receipt. Once the cancellation is approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange for the refund immediately.

Refund Instructions
Once your cancellation is approved or a return is confirmed, the refund process will begin:

  • Method: The refund will be returned directly to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account you used for the original payment.

  • Timing: Depending on the processing efficiency of the different bank card institutions, we expect the refund to appear in your account within 1-5 business days.

  • Overdue Refunds: If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Order Modifications
If you wish to correct the shipping address or other contact details rather than cancelling the order completely, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to update the information before the order is dispatched. Once the item has been shipped, we cannot modify the destination.

Cancellations Initiated by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, such as:

  • Inability to process payment.

  • Unexpected inventory errors where the item is out of stock.

  • Errors in pricing or product information.
    If we must cancel your order, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
