Delivery Scope
We currently only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to other countries.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders of 90 AUD or more: Free Shipping.

  • Orders under 90 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD applies.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Transit Time
Delivery typically takes between 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Conditions

  • Within 48 hours: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 48 hours of placing the order, provided strictly that the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Over 48 hours or Shipped: If the order was placed more than 48 hours ago, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, and then contact us to initiate a return and refund.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Arrival Time
Once the refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment. Regarding arrival time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days.
