Welcome to Livocarea (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We are dedicated to providing you with the best experience when purchasing outdoor furniture sets, outdoor chairs, and patio sofas. Please read the following shipping terms carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Shipping Scope
We currently offer shipping services exclusively to addresses within Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs
We strive to keep shipping costs simple and affordable:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of AUD 90.00 and above.

Standard Flat Rate: For orders under AUD 90.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD 9.99 will be charged.
Taxes and Duties
Transparency is key to our service. All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You are not required to pay any extra tax fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order processing is based on Australia/Sydney time (AEST/AEDT).

Cut-off Time: 18:00 (6:00 PM).

Orders placed before 18:00 on business days will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 will be processed starting the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting on the next available business day.
Handling Time
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to pick, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.
Transit Time
After the handling process is complete and the package has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated transit time for delivery is 7 to 10 business days. Please note that remote areas may require additional time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, billing details, and the logistics carrier information.
You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view real-time updates.
Liability Statement
Product Damage or Loss
If your item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please retain all original packaging and provide photos to assist with the claim process.
Order Modification and Cancellation
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the item is shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to intercept or modify the shipment.
Shipping Address and Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages lost due to address errors. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
Signing Instructions
Upon arrival, please inspect the external packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the delivery. If you notice significant damage, please note it on the carrier's delivery receipt or refuse the package and contact us immediately.
Split Shipments
Due to the size and weight of outdoor furniture sets, patio sofas, and chairs, your order may be packed in multiple boxes. These boxes might be delivered by the carrier on different days. If you have received a partial delivery, please wait an additional 1-2 business days for the remaining packages to arrive before contacting us.
Delivery Attempts
If you are not available at the address to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from a local depot or arrange a re-delivery. Please follow the carrier's instructions promptly to avoid the package being returned to the sender.
Force Majeure
While we aim to meet our delivery estimates, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or carrier operational failures.
